poor service

<p>on the 23/02/2017 a friend and i went to the rossbugh post office. we waited about 20 minutes to be attended to. the middle till wasnt open ,yet there were many workers standing around doing almost nothing. A white lady ( didnt get her name) with a gold name tag, was extremely rude,she spoke condescendingly to the customers as if we were stupid. Ended up not posting the package and only sorting out the liscence and leaving very irritated. </p>
