poor service

<p>PPost office burgersfort its very poor with their services they dnt even triage their customers. We all have to queue on the same line for different things. Some of us we r here for collectionof parcels only why should I be in the same queue with ppl who are here to open accounts and and pay their rent and do deposits. And why don't they triage older people and heavily pregnant woman to be assisted first. Where is batho pele principle with this people and the staff attitude its not helping the situation.</p>
