poor service

<p>my parcle was sent to me 06/07/2016 tracking number TC ********** 85za it is 11/07/2016 and my parcle is still at the JHB hub. i hvae been battling since this morning to get an answer as to when i will be recieving this parcle. everyone i speak to keeps saying they will call me back and still no one has called me. they call it speed services but it far from speed more like snail mail. this is very unacceptable and i want my parcle</p>
