Poor service

Im seriously frustrated , I'm waiting nearly month now and I've yet see my parcel move out of jbh , you cannot tell me it takes that long to send it to Durban. I've never had this problem before. Please declare if my parcel is making any moves or if ****** by the ********* you'll hire.
