Poor Service

Hello Peter It's almost a month now I am waiting for my parcel to be delivered to me. I don't know what kind of service this one and why it's in service.my parcel from United kingdom arrived last month but it's stuck at JIMC. For assistance the track number is:RU ********** 87GB
