Poor service

The services we receive as tax paying citizens. Is very disgusting, you ask for people that work at post office to certify 10 documents which you need to apply with and they tell you they can’t do it because they only allowed to certify 5 documents and fine you settle for those 5 documents and only to find out that worker only wants to sit and chat on her phone. Am disgusted by the service I got at Berea centre post office Durban.
