POOR SERVICE

A registered parcel was send on 31 May 2018 from Potchefstroom via the Post office. This parcel has been at the Witpos Hub since 7 June 2018. I tried calling to resolve the matter and get the parcel delivered BUT NO assistance were received after hanging on to calls for a duration of 10 tot 15 minutes, just to be told I must lodge a complaint at the local post office and that there is a back log. This does not help me getting medication delivered to a client!!!!! POOR POOR service!!!!!!
