Poor service

With all comments and complains Still no better outcome ??

I have a problem with my parcel too! which is supposed to be release to Namibia long back. The parcel has been send on the 13/01/2018 from Singapore and arrived on 18/02/2018 in South Africa - (JIMC A) How long will they keep my parcel before releasing it to Namibia? What is the reason , This is very unreasonable and unprofessional !!! As a person who travels alot i dnt find it difficult with receiving my parcels when oversea from other countries.
