Poor Service

I live in the Free State. July 6, 2017 I ordered a parcel (stuffed animals) for my children. On 13 July 2017 we got confirmation that the parcel was send. On 30 August we received a tracking number. 27 October 2017 Germiston post office send it to East Londen after it had been in customs for over 2 months. It was send back to JHB international mail centre, to Bloemfontein and I never ever received my parcel. Every time I visit the local post office they pull up their shoulders because there is apparently nothing they can do. I must say that I am furious about the poor service and the fact that that parcel is now either ****** or dumped in a place to never be found.
