Poor service

We've been waiting for a package since last year July and apparently it's with SARS and nobody knows why the package is there. We've been sent from pillar to post. The package has been at OR Tambo post office since Novembe , we've been sending emails since December and we are not getting any joy. All we need to know is what to do in order to get our package.Reason we went to the post office in OR Tambo it’s because we were not getting fruitful advise on the ********** 091. The ********** 962 is not available we’ve been trying to call that number the whole day thus far and that number is not available. we have been send email to Litshelethemba Lalendle and Martha Mahlase and no solution has been given to thus far
