Poor Service

International mail centers is lacking in every sense, international parcels lay dormant at the airport mail centers for 4 - 6 weeks on average before there is any movement. Then it takes another 2 -6 weeks at JIMC before being sent to the destination post office as it first goes to another sorting center(HUB). Postal staff is actually starting to earn their money now, since more people are buying internationally. They have been slacking and *****ing parcels all these years and suddenly now that they getting to work for their money SAPO/JIMC started charging R24.00 for every parcel you collect from the post office. Since i'm paying to collect my parcel, i demand better service and speedy delivery since i'm actually paying for your staff to do their work . PS. your R24.00 policy is a e-toll of another kind...
