Poor service

South African post office has the worst service ever. They tell you that parcels are supposed to be at the JHB INT HUB for 7 days. I've got parcels that were scanned in on the 3rd of Dec 2017 and there hasn't been any movement ever since. When items are purchased you guaranteed 14-45 days delivery then parcels get to South African Post office and take forever to reach you. When you call their "customer service" they tell you the same thing that you can see when you track items and cant give you any explanation at all, they even hang up on you when you start asking questions.
