POOR SERVICE

My mother sent a package to me from Senekal to Pretoria on Thursday 28/01/2016. She paid for overnight delivery. It is Tuesday the 02/02/2016 and the package is still not delivered to me. Me and my mother made several call to the call centre and the only feedback they gave us is it is still in delivery. We called the supervisor who gave my mother the numebr of the driver which didn't answer his phone and when I eventually got hold of the person it was the wrong number. <br> <br> I am very disappointed in the service of this supplier. It is a very important package and i need it urgently.
