Poor service

I went to the post office because I lost the slip and I tried to explain when did I get the slip but you know what they were rude and the other thing I waited for more than 15 minutes No 1 came and help me until the white people who came in then they started come and help, it shows that I was invisible they couldn't see me process and racial I believe that post office needs transformation
