Poor service

i would like to enquire if your customer care call centres numbers are working, i have been calling the whole day regarding a parcel from Parkview Post Office, they only send me a message on the 21/01/2016 to alert me that they have my package and i went there on the 22/01/2016 ,i have been waiting for it since last year. kindly redirect it back to Parkview Post office. they gave me the number to dial to be able to trace my parcel and i even called different post office numbers but no 1 is answering <br> <br> Track # RH***CN,RI***ZA
