Poor Service

I have experienced terrible service with the Post Office. My parcel was posted to me on 02 July 2015 and i still have not received it today (13 August 2015). The worst part is that no one seems to answer the phone when you call the Customer Service number. This is really frustrating and this is not the first time this is happening. Something needs to be done asap!!!
