Poor Service

I went to the Braamfontein Post office to certify my documents. Before seeking help I made sure that I take all my documents out so that I'll have everything ready and sorted. When I got to the window I gave the lady who was helping me, the copies with their original documents so she looked confuse and that's when I then decided to give them one by one as she finishes with the previous ones. Immediately when she sends one back I'd have the other ready in my hand but she kept on telling me about how much work she has and how I'm wasting her time, when I tell her that I have everything ready she'd say that I'm wasting more time by talking to her. Then she tells me that they can only certify 5 documents. How does the post office (which is supposed to be rendering service to the society) hire people who are impatient with the client and make their problems the clients problem. I'm not the reason she's behind with her job. So I got home and googled this rule of 5 documents only to get a complaint on Hellopeter about the same post office, this matter was said to have been dealt with. Is it now 4 or 5 pages per day? Or is this just a lie to minimize their work load?
