Poor SA Postal Service

I doubt that this useless organization can ever be saved. I tried calling and emailing them to the point of exhaustion with no end in site. The call Centre goes unanswered no matter the time of day and the supposed customer services email address is a total bust. Nobody replies, ever.

I bought an item on Ebay which was delivered to the SA Post office on 16th May 2021. It is now 15th September 2021 and my parcel has still not reached me.
