Poor Postal Services

Good Day

This is incoming international package that is a problem JIM Customers Service Of the postal Department since March I have been waiting from my package I tried emailing them no response their email address: ********** , I tried calling them no one picks up the phone it rings and rings till you get disconnected telephone no: ********** and all I am trying to find out is if I should send someone to pick up my package or not because on their website it says not allowed to track item so I am frustrated I paid for something but I cannot get it because it seems like no one is doing their Job at JIM customers Service in Johannesburg please assist
