Poor Post Office Service

I would not recommend anyone to use their services. I placed an order on AlieExpress and it was shipped using Post Office late July. It arrived in South Africa early August. It stayed at the warehouse for more than a month in Johannesburg. It was supposed to arrived in Dannhauser Post Office last week since my status changed from intransit to pick up available on the 6th of September . When I went to Dannhauser Post Office on the 7th I was told the driver got delayed so I must come back the following day. On the 8th I went back and there was still no parcel. I asked them to call the guy that handles the deliveries, they could not make calls because they apparently don’t have electricity since the post office did not pay their electricity bill thus this leads them to not being able to make calls. On Tuesday (the 12th of September), I went back again to check on the parcel, I was told it has not arrived. I asked for the numbers of the delivery hun, I was given a number that does not exist. I would definitely not recommend anyone using Post Office especially if you from a small town like Dannhauser because that Post office is just there as a decoration for the town and you don’t get help there.
