Poor, poor service

I lost my posbank Sassa card of which that money i use it to buy food for my kids. I stay in Joburg so when I went to the nearest post office to report it, then they said I must call the Bloemfontein branch to help me. I have called them from last week until now they are playing this automatic machine. I mean it doesn't make sense for someone from Joburg and call Bloemfontein.
