POOR POOR service

My Wife have orders from oversea, we have been nofified that the parcels have arrived in South Africa, even today we have not yet received the parcels, the items we are waiting for is someting that we have to use in december for our wedding.

SAPO may you please assist as it has been a while since this items arrived in SA
