Poor pathetic service

an international parcel was sent to us in June 2019 consisting of a pair of shoes for my daughters birthday. After numerous unanswered , unreturned phone calls, emails in October 2019 the parcel delivery note was delivered to our local post office and only to find out that we now have to pay R 862.05 according to customs to release our parcel. The value of the shoes is not even R 400!!

Shame on you SA post office! Poor and pathetic of you !

I refuse yo pay this amount.

What else can I do now?
