POOR PARCEL SERVICE

I am so disappointed at how *********** and unprofessional our post office is. I have called, emailed, complained on all their social networks but no reply. I have two packages which arrived from Singapore in June. I have tracked them on numerous tracking websites and they all show that indeed they have arrived in SA. Even my supplier tracking kept me update on where the package was the entire time until it arrived in SA. I have not received an sms to say they are in customs or there's a delay. The website is a complete waste of marketing cause the tracking feature does not work. This is sooo frustrating and disheartening. If they feel they are giving us free service and they should raise it with their stakeholders not the customers.
