Poor parcel processing

<p>My international package has arrived at JHB mail centre hub on 28th January 2017, i have been tracking my package everyday just to discover no movement, i try calling JHB mail centre but therir phones just ring all day.</p> <p>I track my package RN ********** 55GB with 17Track website. </p>
