POOR/ NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day.

I write this review in utter disappointment and disgust. Today I visited the post office to get my vechile new license. When I got there...there we quiet a long but the thing that bother me....there were ONLY ONE PERSON helping with the licenses.....ONLY ONE.

Now correct me if I'm wrong but.....as anyone else clearly see....there are a lot of people that needs assistence. How on earth can there only be ONE person helping the people....are the purely doing it on purpose or what?

This is totally unacceptable....the SA POST OFFICE clearly does not know what customer service mean. The post office visited was the POST OFFICE in UPINGTON.

I would appriciate some feedback on this matter. Thank you
