Poor Management of Services

I am overdosed with anger about my post box key being lost by the Post Office. I have recently went to the post office in Alberton(near the Spar) only to find out that the boxes have been moved to the Police station.(without informaing the owners!!!!) After going there 3 separate times, the staff realized that they don’t have the new key for my box. They told me they will call me when they find the key.

Considering that I just renewed my box about 3 weeks back, this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and RIDICULOUS.

They still don’t have a time line when the key will be available . How am I suppose to check my post in the meantime. I have outstanding traffic violations in the box which I can’t access.

I will hold the Post Office accountable for this absolutely ******* service!!!!
