Poor customer service

I was at the Wonderpark Post Office, there was one lady there and she’s blonde and she was rude the whole time with clients, so I get there and she says her swipe machine isn’t working and I should go get cash of which I do, I then came back and another lady there who was in glasses asked me whilst I was in the que what I was there for, I told her for a reprint and she said the lady currently doing them is about to go on lunch and I should be back after an hour and then I asked her if no one else could it do it and she no if you want to complain there’s a number there and then I said to her I that’s not what I asked; I just wanted to know if anyone else can help. So based on that it clearly means their complaints department is useless because they just say go ahead and complain, so that explains why they’re always “off line” and why they just speak to us as they please because there are no repercussions.
