Poor customer Service

Very poor service I have received from post office in shop 109 centurion mall , I have logged a query with then since the 31 July 2019 I was charged twice ,I was helped by Margaret Matsetela a teller who charged me twice and she referred to Team leader Magda Mulder who requested some documents I gave it to her the very same day but until to this date no feedback nothing from them . Something need to be done in that branch because of every day bad services they giving customers
