Poor customer service

Does anyone else have a problem with Post Pffice employees not wanting to work towards their knock off time? Every time it’s either offline or there’s something else going on. I’m at Brackenhurst post office and I’m being told that they are offline, I should come back tomorrow and try coming a “bit earlier”. I am so fed up with this kind of treatment.
