Poor customer service.

Went to the Post Office in Norwood Mall today. Asked one of the tellers, old black man, for car license renewal forms, he first ignores me. He wasn't busy. I asked him again , he told me to go to teller 1, where there was a middle age white man. I waited 30 mins as he was busy with a customer, only for him to direct me to stand behind the pole. A gentlemen walks in, ask the old black man for the same forms and he assists him immediately. I went back to him, that same teller asked for forms again, and he gave me an attitude as though he was doing me a favor and didn't seem pleased to do it.i stood in the queue again to wait an additional 1 hour before leaving unhelped.
