Poor customer service

My parcel was posted last week Friday at 9:26am in Whittlesea, up until today the parcel still shows that its in Whittlesea but when I phone them they say the parcel left the same day to East London. In East London they can't find the parcel on their system and the parcel paid for speed service courier which was expected to be in CPT by Tuesday or Wed.

I called again the Post office in Whittlesea and I was surprised when the manager dropped the phone when I was speaking to her regarding the parcel. I then had to call again but still they cannot locate where my parcel is. I am leaving the province tomorrow and my biggest concern is that the box has my car parts that I was supposed to fit them in before Friday the 11th as I am travelling.

I need to get my Parcel ASAP.
