poor customer service

Went for car licencing and stood for more than an hour with no assistance at all, staff have nosense of urgency at all. Some people were complaing thst they were sent from pillar to post for postal orders, no order. I eventually left since my lunch was long over. Today I went there and waited but when I got to the front I was told to go make copy of my ID since their copy machine is not working. When I came back I asked for the supervisor a lady came(Nonkosi) when I complained to her about all that she did not seem to be interested and she left me standing there, i then asked the staff member but she told me the lady will be back. When she came back she just went past without a word, no supervisor or managerial skills at all or she just does not care. Surprisingly licencing did not take more than 10min when you finally get to the front
