poor customer service

I was notified that my parcel has been dispatched and i should collect within 7-14 days. So i went to Johannesburg post office today and i was shocked for the bad servived i recieved from both the supervisor and the consultant who were both unwilling to assist. I took 1 hour went frm Centurion to Johannesburg only to find out i wont be assisted. had to go back to work without my parcel.<br> when i asked for my parcel, the consultant showed absolutely no interest & told me its not there. she didn't even offer me to a call back once they \have"my parcel. i then asked to speak to her Supervisor Bervely who was not proffesional as well as she just redirected me to the same consultant. when i went to the counter for the second time"
