Poor Customer Service

I have been waiting for my package to be delivered after arriving in the country on the 3rd of August. I’ve only had one occasion where someone assisted me and said I should wait until month end (even longer) to check on the progress of the delivery. This is unacceptable. I WANT ANSWERS!!!
