Poor customer service

This branch has no consideration for client service, I tried calling the branch yesterday and the telephone just rang, this call was made during the branches operating hours but no one answered. I attempted to call them time and time again, but did not succeed. Called them this morning to enquire about a parcel that was posted over a week ago but no updates on its whereabouts are traceable. A rude and obnoxious person answers the phone and refuses to help, he was ever ready to put the phone down and kept referring to process and procedure rather than trying to understand my problem and provide assistance in that regard.
