Poor customer service

<p>I went to the Post Office to post a parcel on Tuesday. I used a speed counter to counter service. To my surprise, when I traced that parcel today I was informed that it only left the Post Office today (Thursday)!!!!!!!!!!! I paid R85 for an overnight service because that parcel needed to be in Bloemfontein by today latest. I'm really disappointed with this kind of service because had I known that things were gonna turn out like this, then I wouldn't have bothered wasting my money for this kind of poor service.....
