POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>i went to Braamfontein Post Office for certification and we waited for 10-15min, the lady who is certifying was not there. I went to the tellers and ask lady in a stripped-shirt , her respond was "angeke kuhlale kungana muntu" with an attitude, i thought maybe i didnt hear her and she repeat, i even told her that she's being rude - i asked her her name (she said she's Thoko) and went back. The lady who satifies came back after 3min, and THOKO was busy making noise telling her friends that i've asked for her name , then they laughed. To my suprise when it was my turn to certify the lady called Thoko and showed her my documents and they laughed, yaz i even said i dont understand why are they busy laughing and commenting on my docs while i'm standing. to certify it took me 25minutes being the 2nd on the queue - they worst part the 2women just stand there and worst my time. mxm</p>
