Poor Customer Service

I've been trying to contact the Post Office Customer Service to query a parcel but they don't ever answer! I've sat on the line for 15 minutes at a time on numerous occasions. My tracking number doesn't pick up on the site therefore I need to speak to someone. My parcel has been sitting in the Delivery Terminal in Durban since 14 December. I've even emailed but no one responds. So frustrated! Terrible customer service!
