Poor communication updates from Post Office

Its been 4 months since I ordered a shipment from China. To date I have not received the parcel. The parcel is in South Africa in one of their divisions, the call centre never picks up the call even if you hold for an hour. Customer service does not even respond to emails to track it. In the end there is no feedback, its really disappointing. In the store they keep posting you call another branch.
