Poor and pathetic service

Pathetic and very bad service I have received from Post Office in Khayelitsha Mall the one that services Makhaya as well when I went there and it wasn't my first time trying to get my parcels from WISH, first time I was told that there is nothing mind you the lady that assisted me didn't even bother to stand up and go check the parcel as I'm aware that they cannot check on their computers these kinds of parcels well i left not happy, today 07/05/18 again to pick up my parcels and there was only one lady that was at the counter by the name of Chuma who asked the receipt which I explained to her that I wrong the wrong street name which doesn't exist as I tried to locate the street before going there and she insisted that I need it otherwise she cannot check the parcel for me because she has people in the queue that are waiting for her as she is the only one working which is not my problem all I wanted was to be serviced as a customer and not to be told that I cannot be assisted because of the queue and her attitude sucks. At the end of the day whether there is 100 people waiting that has got nothing to do with me, I am a customer and important just as them. I'm not happy at all with the service from that specific post office. She only asked me to write my details and they will phone when they are not busy which doesn't guarantee as it's always busy there. Poor customer treatment no wonder I prefer other post offices that are managed by white people and not that I'm ****** but blacks customer service sucks. They don't care.
