Poor administrative arrangements

Administrative arrangement of the Hammanskraal Post Office is terrible and frustrating. Yes we understand the pressure of collection of Social Relief Grant but do we all have to stay in long queues even if we come for collection of parcels?

Many of officials in there are taking long lunch breaks and we end up being cut out of the queue returning home without being assisted. This arrangement is frustrating and doesn't even comply to social distancing regulations, we cannot afford to be in a social compact arrangement even if we come for collections of parcels. This will result in a huge crisis.
