PO Claim from 2022

I have ordered 2 parcels (rugby jerseys) from Ireland in May 2022. After various emails the PO rep**** with "we regret to inform you that your International Postal item was damaged/Violated during an external incident". I completed the claim forms and on following up I just receive a reply that the matter is still under investigation. A year has passed and nothing has happened to sort out my claim.
