After renewing my annual Post Box rental during January 2015, it has happened for the 2nd time now, that I drive to my Post Box only to discover that it has been sealed off.<br> <br> I have been trying to call your call centre this morning, but is spending hours listing to a voice recording every 10 seconds, telling me how important my call is, without any further assistance.<br>
