PLEASE TAKE OWNERSHIP!!!
so this is my second complaint, my parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of APRIL, is still not delivered (sent via counter to door) according to your website its stuck in PTA HUB. Can you tell me when it will be delivered, or sent back to me? Or did you loose it? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.<br> I've phoned and mailed so many times and no one can assist me??? how can it be that difficult? <br> I'm begging you :( :( :( :( :( :(
