PLEASE RESPOND

Don’t even bother emailing them because they never respond to emails nor do they answer the phone. I’ve been emailing and phoning for weeks - my parcel arrived in SA over 2months ago and still hasn’t been delivered to our local post office (last update says logged with local delivery agent after going through customs - 1month ago) Now I’m awaiting an urgent letter from the U.K. with documents for a passport application - sent Wednesday 29th August from U.K. Royal Mail and I’m not sure if it will even arrive on time (due to arrive Wed 12th Sept via airmail) Please could someone respond!
