Please, please tell me where my parcel is!

I run a small online craft business, and unfortunately the only shipping method I can afford is the SA Post Office. They list the average delivery time for international mail sent from SA to be 10-14 working days. I posted some packages in March, and I have literally no idea where they are. The tracking information (which I can seldom even access, since the Post Office online tracking system is down pretty much ALL THE TIME) tells me that they were 'preparing shipment' on the 9th of April. That would be a full NINETEEN DAYS after it was posted. And yet: they have not arrived abroad.<br> <br> Please, please, PLEASE SAPO - tell me where my packages are. My local branch can't tell me, the website can't tell me, and contacting customer services has turned out to be an exercise in futility. <br> RJ***ZA <br> RJ***ZA<br> RJ***ZA<br> <br> To add insult to injury, the prices were all hiked at the beginning of April, charging us more for a service that is simply not occurring. Tell us what has happened! Don't keep us in the dark! (that's Eskom's job)
