please, please help me resolve this!

I ordered a run of 10 prototype printed circuit boards from a company in Singapore, it was processed and shipped out on the 06-06-2018 23:38:44, it arrived and the container was scanned in on the 18-06-2018 and sat unprocessed until the package was finally scanned in on the 20-08-2018 and has been outbound from JIMC for the remainder of the time(12-09-2018)

to date thats 98 days, 86 of which it has been in the hands of SAPO!!!... is this acceptable for a company handling international mail? please can i go to JIMC and pick up my parcel, i am losing valuable time waiting for these components.
