Please help me Post Office!!!

Firstly I must say I believe in the Post Office. I mostly use them for domeatic mail, and have had very few problems and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. UNTIL NOW..,, I ordered some school books in December from an overseas supplier with tracking number HJ ********** 36US. It landed in SA on 30 December and was processed through JIMC on 24 January, where it has been stuck since and has yet to arrive at its destination 7 weeks later. Absolutely ludicrous. Please help!!!!
