Please help! Letter at JIMC

Please can i ask for your urgent assistance. We have a letter that arrived on Tuesday 16 October 2018. The letter comes from a Engineering University in India and is adressed to SAQA. Tracking number RN ********** 57IN.

Due to many other delays, the receipt of this letter has been heavily delayed. I need to get this letter in order to start a job that has been offered to me. As there has been significatn delays, there is a threat that i will lose this job just because i am unable to get a hold of this letter.

i have stood outside the JIMC in johannesburg and was advised thatt he cinsigment has arrived. however no one is able to assist me as this does not yet have an SAPO tracking number.

i called the various number all day and finally got through to someone in the call centre who advised me bluntly that even if it were a life and death situation, they would not be able to assist as they have a 3month backlog on letters and their focus is on packages instead of letters.

i am at a point where i have no clue what to do from here.. I urgently need this.. can anyone please please assist me?
